A safe in the room would be tremendously comforting!!! Also, please consider adding a second chair to rooms for couples since one just doesn't cut it!!! It's frustrating not having a means to communicate effectively without Google Translate!!!

The towels felt like sandpaper, but my twin room was super cozy and spacious.

I was in town for just a couple of nights, and this place was a great base for my exploration. The Bellas Artes metro station is just around the corner, making it super easy to get around. I particularly enjoyed the comfort of the spacious twin room, which had A/C that worked perfectly. It was also a quick walk to many attractions like the Chilean National Museum of Fine Arts and Barrio Lastarria.

Casa Noble exceeded my expectations as a charming boutique hotel. The team, especially Rocío, offered personalized service that made me feel truly welcomed. The central location was a massive bonus, only a stroll away from the stunning Plaza de Armas and numerous cafes, bars, and museums such as the Bellas Artes. The twin room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with air conditioning, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. However, communication could be improved, as I had difficulty getting a response to my inquiries before arrival. Also, breakfast could start a bit earlier than 9 AM for those with busy schedules. Would highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for an intimate experience in the heart of Santiago.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend vacation in Santiago with reasonable value. They kindly stored my luggage while I explored the city. Try to request a room away from the street for quieter evenings.
